Bin & Bon Sweets was founded by couple Angelito Napoles Jr. and Vesper Napoles back in 2016. They started with the initial planning while Vesper was in Singapore finishing her studies in Interior Design and Angelito working in an Italian restaurant in Mactan Cebu. The distance & limited startup capital did not hinder their plans but instead made use of the technology and the online selling system to kick start Bin & Bon. Along with their unique packaging, Bin & Bon officially started to make brazilian truffles aka brigadeiros for Cebuanos in March 2016. Ever since then, Cebuano's been loving it from packaging to chocolates & now making it one of their favorite chocolate truffles in Cebu!

Lunsad's Outstanding Emerging Business 2025 is Bin & Bon! 

The contest was done last May 25, 2025 at Sugbo Mercado where contestants were able to pitch their business concepts live. Panel of judges were able to taste products and evaluate pitches based on product viability, business potential and market readiness.
