HOW LONG IS THE SERVICE?
For Birthdays & Launching Events - Maximum 4 hours, if you need to extend, please inform our staff. We don't charge a fee but we only request for you to kindly give a tip to our staff.
For Weddings - Usually 2 hours (maximum 4hrs) after guests arrival for cocktails or until the coordinator asks to pack up. This usually happens when all guests have already went inside the reception area. Any leftover food will be given to the couple. Should the grazing setup be inside the reception area, maximum is 4 hours. If you need to extend, please inform our staff. We don't charge a fee but we only request for you to kindly give a tip to our staff.
MODE OF PAYMENT
Slots are limited per day thus we require 20% downpayment to reserve your chosen date. The 80% balance (full payment) should be settled at least 1 week prior to the event. Payments can be done via Walkins at our Store in Pusok Lapu Lapu or may also be done via Gcash & Bank Transfers. We accept credit card payments via Paypal email link.
Once booked, no cancellations please as we are per slot basis. Downpayments are non-refundable however if your event is unfortunately cancelled, we'll gladly convert your down payment into our products/services. Change of date is also possible so long as date is available.
